DÉCODE / IN ENGLISH / ROAD SIGNS

French road signs, in English.

You do not need to memorise hundreds of signs. French signalisation is a visual grammar built on a handful of shapes, and once you know what each shape means, you can decode signs you have never seen before. Each sign below links to its own page with the French name, the full meaning, and related signs from the same family.
